HERE WE GO AGAIN WITH A 'RENEWAL' of the ELOST!!

The ELOST has re-risen and the folks that cant balance a checkbook want you to vote it in again!!!.. They just want to tax and spend--
But-- remember-- even if the ELOST gets approval from you voters, they can/WILL still raise your taxes. Proof of that was from the lying, belligerent David Thompson when he said that he wouldn't raise the millage if the TSPLOST went thru back in May 2024 and then raised it anyway after it was approved.
Also take a look around at all of the new neighborhoods going in as you read this..
Again, do the math!!!!!!!----- A 35 acre parcel that was generating about $3500.00 in property tax revenue is cut into 42 home sites. Then, each home is assessed about $3500.00 each in property tax (property and school). So now that same property is bringing to the county coffers in excess of $145,000.00!!!! Think about that the next time that your Walton County TAX commissioners "ask" for a SPLOST. Because there are NO new services provided to you!!!

***Told ya so--- POS Thompson is now going to RAISE your millage rate--- AKA RAISE your taxes-- The folks that stayed home and didn't vote this jerk out are to blame-- AND, they CANNOT complain when they get their next tax bill!!!!! ***
